Portrait Photography Photo Shoot for an Aspiring Model by Victoria's Portrait and Wedding Photography, Dover, Kent

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of meeting and taking some portrait photos of David, who would like to break into modelling. The aim for the photo shoot was to get some head and shoulder shots and also some full length shots that David could submit to various modelling agencies to hopefully get him on their books. Some modelling agencies only allow 1 or 2 photos to be submitted and some allow up to 4 photos.

We took a selection of shots during the photo session and David changed clothes a few times to add some variety to the photos. I think David has a unique "look" and also has some great expressions.

David is a lovely lad and I wish him every success in breaking into modelling. If anyone can help him on his way then please contact me and I'll pass any leads on to David and his parents.

Wedding Photography at The Smugglers, Birchington by Victoria's Portrait and Wedding Photography, Dover, Kent

On Saturday 28th August, I had the privilege of photographing the wedding of Sabine and Gavin at The Smugglers in Birchington, Kent.

The day’s wedding photography started with me meeting up with Gavin at The Smugglers. I got some shots of Gavin on his own and with his Best Man, and also managed to get some shots of the gazebo, beautifully decorated by Stav's Flowers, before Sabine arrived.

Sabine arrived in her wedding car to the front of The Smugglers. I got some shots of Sabine, Dona and Lillie-Rose in the wedding car, before playing in the traffic to get shots of Sabine and Dona beside the wedding car without any traffic in the background.

Gavin then came round to greet his beautiful bride and the wedding ceremony soon got underway. Bride and Groom walked together up the aisle to the gazebo, followed by Dona.

It was a lovely intimate ceremony resulting in some fantastic wedding photographs.

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun Studio Portrait Photography Session with Victoria's Portrait and Wedding Photography, Dover, Kent

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of welcoming Molly back into my studio. Molly came and had some photos taken when her Mum came for some portfolio photos back in June. This time Molly was having a studio portrait photography session with two of her friends, Phoenix and Robyn, as part of her birthday present.

The girls must have spent a lot of time planning their outfits before the session as they came coordinated with 5 costume themes - denim, funky with fans, evening wear, black and white and pyjamas.

We started off the session in denim and worked our way through four costume changes, some jumping shots and ended the session in pyjamas with the girls fighting each other with their teddy bears.

This has got to have been one of the most fun studio portrait photography sessions that I've had the pleasure to photograph - the girls had a great time and I had fun taking their portrait photographs.
